At Focus Dental, All-on-6 procedures are meticulously planned by our full-time oral surgeons using 3D CT-guided navigation. The additional two implants offer enhanced structural security, making it an excellent choice for patients with good bone volume or higher biting forces.
Temporary fixed teeth are attached shortly after surgery, allowing you to smile and function comfortably during the 3–6 month healing phase before receiving your custom, screw-retained final bridge from our in-house lab.

Regular implants replace individual missing teeth on a 1-to-1 basis. All-on-6 replaces an entire arch (upper or lower jaw) using six strategically placed implants that anchor a complete fixed bridge. It provides full-arch restoration with maximum structural support without needing 8 to 10 separate implants.
Because All-on-6 places six implants vertically across the jaw, it generally requires adequate bone density, especially in the posterior region. If bone loss is present, minor bone grafting or sinus lifting may be recommended to ensure solid foundation strength. Our surgeons evaluate your bone volume using 3D CT scans during initial consultation.
The surgery is performed under effective local anaesthesia, making it completely painless during the procedure. Conscious sedation options are also available for anxious patients. Mild post-surgery soreness and swelling are normal for a few days and are easily managed with standard prescribed painkillers.
Treatment takes place across two separate visits to Turkey. Trip 1 (3–5 days) covers diagnostics, implant placement, and attachment of temporary fixed teeth. Following a 3–6 month healing period for bone integration, you return for Trip 2 (3–4 days) to receive your custom, permanent bridge.
During the initial healing period with temporary teeth, a soft diet is advised. Once your permanent All-on-6 bridge is fitted, you can enjoy all types of food without restrictions. The six implant anchors distribute biting force evenly, providing biting power nearly identical to natural teeth.
All-on-6 uses six implants per arch, providing greater load distribution and maximum stability, making it ideal for the upper jaw or patients with stronger biting force. All-on-4 uses four implants and is often preferred when bone density is lower, avoiding bone grafting. Your surgeon will recommend the safest choice based on your CT scan.
The titanium implant posts integrated into the jaw are designed to last a lifetime. The custom bridge attached on top typically lasts 15–20 years before requiring routine maintenance or replacement. Consistent oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups ensure optimal longevity.
